Application procedure and cost

Students of VIU member universities:
€ 650,00 VAT. incl.

Students of other universities:
€ 1.250,00 incl. VAT

The fees will cover tuition, course materials, lunches in the San Servolo cafeteria (6 working days on campus) and social events. VIU Alumni are eligible for a reduced fee.

As the COVID-19 pandemic is ongoing, VIU will continue to monitor the situation, and in the event that it is not possible to confirm the program on the VIU campus as scheduled, other practicable solutions will be evaluated. Applicants and confirmed participants will be informed of any changes.


Accommodation

Venice International University offers its support to book accommodation on San Servolo Campus, in shared rooms (triple/quadruple) with other participants: the cost is € 330,00 (municipal tax included, breakfasts excluded) for 7 nights.

In case of cancellation

- up to 90 days before the start date of the program, the tuition fee and the accommodation fee are refundable.
- between 90 days and 30 days before the start date of the program, 50% of the tuition fee and the accommodation fee are refundable.
- less than 30 days before the start date of the program, the tuition fee and accommodation fee are not refundable.

Please note: should the Covid-19 situation prevent international travel, or the confirmation of the program on campus, you will be promptly updated by VIU and the Cancellation Policy will be modified accordingly.
