As the COVID-19 pandemic is ongoing, VIU will continue to monitor the situation; should it prevent international travel or the confirmation of the program on campus as scheduled, other practicable solutions will be evaluated. Applicants and confirmed participants will be informed of any changes.

Application procedure and cost

Fees

Participants of VIU member universities:
€ 350 incl. VAT.
Participants of other universities/professionals:
€ 650 incl. VAT.

Notification of admission by June 7 and fee payment by June 13, 2022.

Student participants will be responsible for covering their own travel expenses to and from Venice and local transportation and accommodation.

Accommodation

The cost of accommodation on VIU campus in multiple rooms (triple/quadruple) with other participants is € 308 for 6 nights, breakfast and taxes included. (Check in July 17 / Check out July 23, 2022).
Candidates can ask for VIU assistance for booking accommodation: please note that the facility is not managed by VIU and the availability cannot be guaranteed for rolling admissions.

In case of cancellation

- between 90 days and 30 days before the start date of the program, 50% of the tuition fee and the accommodation fee are refundable.
- less than 30 days before the start date of the program, the tuition fee and accommodation fee are not refundable.

Please note: should the Covid-19 situation prevent international travel, or the confirmation of the program on campus, you will be promptly updated by VIU and the Cancellation Policy will be modified accordingly.
