Application procedure and cost

Students from VIU member universities: € 400 incl. VAT
Students from the Federico II of Naples University: € 600 incl. VAT
Other applicants: € 800 incl. VAT

The fees will cover tuition, course materials, lunches and social events.
Participants will be responsible for covering their own travel expenses to and from Venice, local transportation and accommodation.

VIU Alumni are eligible for a reduced fee.

Accommodation

The cost of accommodation on campus in shared rooms with other participants - triple or quadruple - is € 308 for 6 nights incl. taxes. Breakfast included. (Check in June 30 - Check out July 6, 2024).

For rolling admission applications after March 5, 2024, the availability of accommodations on campus cannot be guaranteed and will need to verified as the facility is not managed by VIU.

In case of cancellation

- up to 90 days before the start date of the program, the tuition fee is refundable.
- between 90 days and 30 days before the start date of the program, 50% of the tuition fee is refundable.
- less than 30 days before the start date of the program, the tuition fee is not refundable.
