Over 100 students from all over the world will take courses on Italy, Cultures of the World and Global Challenges in the 15-week program.
The specialization track on Economics, Management and Digital Technologies applied to Cultural Heritage gives students with a background in the Social Sciences the opportunity to acquire skills that will be useful in developing careers in this field, training among others in economics and management of the arts, art and architecture in Venice and UNESCO world heritage sites. There will also be other excellent opportunities for students interested in the relationship and comparison between Asian and European cultures, but also intercultural exchange, and gender studies. Additional courses will be proposed, based on common principles of research through parallelisms and complementarities, such as Critical Food Studies and the Shari’a.
The courses are interdisciplinary and are structured as seminars so as to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience among students from different academic and cultural backgrounds.
The full course listing for Fall 2017 term is now available, descriptions and syllabi will soon be updated.
