Application procedure and cost

Students of VIU member universities and VIU Alumni: € 300 VAT included

Students of other universities: € 600 VAT included

The fees will cover tuition, course materials, lunches in the San Servolo cafe (5 working days on campus), and social events.

Student participants will be responsible for covering their own travel expenses to and from Venice, local transportation and accommodation.

Accommodation

The cost of accommodation on campus in shared rooms with other participants - triple or quadruple - is € 308 for 6 nights including taxes. Breakfast included. (Check in June 28 - Check out July 4, 2026)

Once selected, in case of cancellation

- Between 90 days and 30 days before the start date of the program, 50% of the tuition fee is refundable.
- Less than 30 days before the start date of the program, the tuition fee is not refundable.
