Application procedure and cost

Students of VIU member universities: € 300 VAT included

Students of other universities/Professionals: € 600 VAT included

The fees will cover tuition, course materials, lunches in the San Servolo cafeteria, and social events. VIU Alumni are eligible for a reduced fee.

Accommodation

The cost of accommodation on VIU Campus in multiple rooms (triple/quadruple) with other participants is € 308 for 6 nights, breakfast and taxes included. (Check in September 15 / Check out September 21, 2024).

Once selected, in case of cancellation

- up to 90 days before the start date of the program, the tuition fee and the accommodation fee are refundable.
- between 90 days and 30 days before the start date of the program, 50% of the tuition fee and the accommodation fee are refundable.
- less than 30 days before the start date of the program, the tuition fee and accommodation fee are not refundable.
