Grant support

Full fee waiver scholarships are available for students from VIU member institutions. In addition, grant support is available to support partially or fully the costs of international travel. Accommodation is provided free of charge.

Candidates from non-member institutions

The participation fee for students of non-member institutions is Euro 1250.00 (incl. VAT). The fee is inclusive of tuition, course materials, accommodation, lunches, social events, and taxes. The fee must be paid within 10 days of receipt of the admission letter.
Students from non-member institutions are not eligible for VIU grant support.
VIU Alumni are eligible for a reduced fee.

In case of cancellation:
- up to 90 days before the start date of the program, the program fee is refundable.
- between 90 days and 30 days before the start date of the program, 50% of the program fee is refundable.
- less than 30 days before the start date of the program, the program is fee is not refundable.

Accommodation

The accommodation package includes 7 nights in a shared room on VIU campus from Sunday (September 13, check in) to Sunday (September 20, check out).
