The Europe-China Clean Energy Centre (EC2) was a five-year cooperation project funded by the European Union and founded in April 2010 by the European Commission, the National Energy Administration of China and the Ministry of Commerce of China, with the support of the Italian Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea.
The Centre was managed by a consortium of nine partners - six European and three Chinese - led by Politecnico di Torino (Italy).
VIU was associate partner of the project.
