The Open Innovation Community is open to all stakeholders to discuss and advocate for user-centric approaches and crossmodal cooperation in passenger and freight transport, and who wish to contribute to the debate on the policy requirements of emerging mobility solutions and to validate the results of the SPROUT pilot cities.

The Open Innovation Community aims to bring an added value to stakeholders participating by:
- Explicitly focusing on urban transport policy issues and on the policy response needed in order to face emerging mobility solutions;
- Actively involving international members, bringing together relevant insights from the EU, the US, and China
- Operating both through regular online meetings and with events, enabling a flexible and effective way of addressing emerging challenges.

SPROUT provides a new city-led innovative and data-driven policy response to address the impacts of the emerging mobility patterns, digitally-enabled operating and business models, and transport users’ needs.
