Application procedure and cost

Students of VIU member universities: € 400 VAT incl.
Students of other universities: € 800 VAT incl.

The fees will cover tuition, course materials, lunches in the San Servolo cafeteria (5 working days on campus) and social events.
Student participants will be responsible for covering their own travel expenses to and from Venice, local transportation, and evening meals.

Accommodation

The cost of accommodation on VIU Campus in multiple rooms (triple/quadruple) with other participants is € 308 for 6 nights, breakfast and taxes included.

Candidates can ask for VIU assistance for booking accommodation: please note that the facility is not managed by VIU.

In case of cancellation

- between 45 days and 30 days before the start date of the program, 50% of the tuition fee and the accommodation fee are refundable.
- less than 30 days before the start date of the program, the tuition fee and accommodation fee are not refundable.
