When you subscribe to www.viucommunity.org we ask you for your name and email address.

We will use your information to send you communications to your email account containing information about VIU Community activities. We ask for your consent to do this, and we will only send you our communications for as long as you continue to consent.
How we will use this data?
Your information is stored in the VIU Community database and is accessible to VIU staff. VIU will not share with any third parties nor will we use the information to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

How long is your information kept for?
Your information is kept for as long as you continue to consent to participate on the VIU Community platform and receive communications from the VIU Comunity. You can unsubscribe at any time.
