Fees

Early Bird: until April 20, 2023
Participants from VIU and PCST members: € 250 incl. VAT
Participants from other institutions: € 330 incl. VAT

Rolling Registrations: until June 1, 2023
Participants from VIU and PCST members: € 280 incl. VAT
Participants from other institutions: € 350 incl. VAT

The fees will cover tuition, Symposium materials, lunches in the VIU cafeteria and social events.
Participants will be responsible for covering their own travel expenses to and from Venice, accommodation and local transportation.

Accommodation

Prebooked accommodation on San Servolo Campus is available at a special rate.
If interested, please fill out, sign, and turn in the Accommodation form to: reception@servizimetropolitani.ve.it and write PCST Symposium in the email subject. Accommodation requests cannot be guaranteed after June 10, 2023.

Please note that the accommodation on campus is not managed by VIU, but by San Servolo Servizi Metropolitani (https://servizimetropolitani.ve.it/en/hospitality).
