Through interviews, workshops, focus groups, and surveys and building on the project's quality indicators for science communication, science communication professionals across Europe helped us identify their specific challenges and opportunities for skills development.

Disseminating the project's aims and results to the general public is an important aspect of participating in EU-funded projects. The Promares project is funded by the Interreg Italy-Croatia Programme and its aim is to improve the quality, safety, and environmental sustainability of marine and coastal transport services.
