Registration for the Spring 2020 courses is postponed to January 21.
The full list of courses with descriptions and syllabi is now available online, while the weekly schedule will be published by the end of the week.
Over 100 students from all over the world will take courses on Italy, Cultures of the World and Global Challenges in the 15-week program, starting on February 17, 2020. The specialization track courses will focus on Environmental Management and Sustainable Development.
The interdisciplinary courses are structured as seminars and require interaction in research, so as to facilitate the exchange of knowledge among students from different academic and cultural backgrounds.
All students registered in degree programs at one of VIU's twenty Member Universities are eligible to apply for the Globalization Program. Courses are recognized for credits by the students' home universities.
Students can pre-register to the Globalization Program after having submitted their application to the study abroad office of their home universities, with the exception of Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, Università IUAV di Venezia, Università degli Studi di Padova and Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata” students who can pre-register directly.
Pre-registration and registration procedures
All students must pre-register to VIU portal in order to receive their username and password and to access the personal page; you can then register for courses via the dedicated on-line application form.
