Most students attend one semester at VIU as part of their degree. Some students opt to study at VIU for a full academic year.

Accommodation is available on campus on the Island of San Servolo, situated in the Lagoon of Venice just 10 minutes by boat from Piazza San Marco. The majority of students live on campus with their peers from Europe, Asia and the U.S.

Italian interns help VIU students integrate with student activities in the city of Venice.
