- conceptualising organizations within a post-modern social framework
- understanding and relating the several Diversity Management approaches
- designing a Diversity management plan to be implemented in a social organization

7. From solid to liquid organizations. Bauman’s contribution to the Theory of Organizations.
8. The development of a Diversity Management plan in a social organization
Methodology
Half of the time of every week will be run in a Seminar structure to discuss about some basic reading that the students must have read previously. The other half the students will elaborate a Diversity Management plan in small work groups. Every group must base their work in a real case study.
