9. The Conditions for Acting in One’s Commercial or Professional Capacity at Online Auctions
10. The Right of Withdrawal from Contracts Concluded on the Internet – Especially: Necessary Consumer Information

The seminar will be held in English on the basis of German and – where applicable – European law. In advance, each participant will have to write a paper on his or her topic not exceeding 30 pages. This paper shall be sent to Professor Hager until May 3, 2008. During the seminar, each topic will be introduced by the respective participant by means of a lecture lasting 30 minutes. Afterwards, the topic will be discussed in detail.
