Once your registration is complete and you have received your password for the VIU portal you will be placed on the accommodation list. Students from the following universities are eligible for accommodation:
The deadline for application for accommodation for Fall semester is July 5, the deadline for application for accommodation for Spring semester is December 5.
After these deadlines VIU pre-reserves accommodation for all students from the above-listed universities. The residential facilities are managed by a services company San Servolo Servizi.
Students will receive by email from San Servolo Servizi a contract to confirm the reservation and must return the completed form by fax, together with proof of payment no later than 7 days after receiving the contract by email.
Please note that the contract is with San Servolo Servizi NOT Venice International University.
The cost of accommodation in quadruple or triple room for the duration of the semester is € 1,575 (2010 rates). This must be paid in full to confirm the reservation and is non-refundable.
Students from Boston College and Duke University must return the contract, but are not required to sent confirmation of payment as payment is made directly by the universities.
