Semester Program

Requirements
Only students registered in degree programs at one of VIU's member universities are eligible to apply for the semester program of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. Exchange students at Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia and Università Iuav di Venezia are also eligible to apply.
The Italian for Foreigners course is reserved for students who are attending at least two full term courses.

Registration
Procedures differ depending on which university you are from.

Boston College
Students must apply through the Center for International Partnerships & Programs at Boston College.

Tuition fees

Students do not pay any tuition directly to Venice International University. However students must be regularly enrolled in their home university and must pay regular tuition fees to their home university.

Completing your registration
Pre-registration for Spring semesters opens October 15 of the previous year.
Registration for Spring courses opens in January of the same year.
Pre-registration for Fall semesters opens April 30 of the same year.
Registration for Fall courses opens July 5 of the same year.
