Course for Sustainability for the Black Sea Region to Open in Istanbul

The fourth edition of the Course for Sustainability for the Black Sea Region will open with a one week session in Istanbul on June 20 at the presence of Prof. Ignazio Musu, president of the TEN Center, and Prof. Maria Lodovica Gullino, director of Agroinnova-Univeristy of Turin.
This year the theme of the Seminars will focus on climate change and sustainable resources management.

35 experts are have been selected from Ministries, Agencies and Municipalities of Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Russian Federation, Georgia and Turkey. They will have the opportunity to build new relationships for future cooperation, networking both with representatives of organizations from their own country and with colleagues from other Black Sea Region states.

The course is jointly organised by VIU, Regional Environmental Center, Bahcesehir University and Agroinnova and it is funded by the Italian Ministry of Environment, Land & Sea.
The second module will take place at VIU from September 12 to 17, 2011.
