Contents
Part A (Theoretical background)
1. Theoretical underpinning: the concept of group through Freud, Lewin, Rogers and Moreno’s eyes
2. Group development: keys to understand groups’ life
3. Teamwork versus group work: what does exactly co-operation mean?
4. Beyond transformational leadership: ecological and inclusive approach
Part B (Practical skills)
5. Orientations and skills for motivating
6. Orientations and skills for decision-making
7. Orientations and skills for conflict-solving
8. Orientations and skills for co-operating
Methodology
Every week the students will attend one active lecture for one hour (Part A). The contents will be developed using film shots. After that, students will perform practical exercises for two hours (Part B). The student must also be aware of some pre-course reading.
