The course will develop the relationship between photography and painting. We will carry out a sequence of works for understanding and experiencing the relationships that was created between these two disciplines, from the appearance of the photography. The invention of the photography contributed to change the character of the art, altering deeply its forms and its functions. The evolution of the photography is part of the adventure of the Modernity. Even though the modern art has a great debt with the photography, the system of the art was quite late on recognizing it.
