Mobile Journey From June 7 to June 9, 2007 Joining arts, technology and mobile lifestyle, Mobile Journey is focused on the concept of mobility Curated by Lorella Scacco, the exhibition displays interactive works conceived by artists and developed together with mobile communication engineers. The Inner-soul Island: Isolation and foolery From June 7 to August 4, 2007 Curated by Achille Bonito Oliva, Isolation and foolery is the theme addressed by Vettor Pisani, an artist who was always early forseeing in advance of current events, incest, anti-nature, hostage, plagiarism, anti-hero and the overcomings of ideology and art. Nokia Only Planet: Innovating through empathy June 1, 2007 Stefano Micelli, Dean of Venice International University, Juha Hemanus, Senior Concept Designer of Nokia and Tina Gonsalves, multimedial artist, presented the videos produced during the workshop. The students worked in groups, under the guide of Tina Gonsalves, Marco Bettiol and Lorenzo Cinotti. The award for the best video was assigned to Group n° 2, Robert Hannig, Angela Kirschbaum, Filippo Minelli, Sarah Bähre, Saki Miyoshi. Robert Hannig and Filippo Minelli will represent Venice International University in Helsinki, at the Nokia Only Planet conference, to be held at the end of the year.
